Your order may take from 1 to 3 working days to arrive at your home from the moment you confirm your purchase.
In the event that we do not have stock of your jewel, we will notify you to manufacture it and it will take no more than 21 calendar days.
In periods of sales, Christmas, Black Friday or other discounts, delivery times may be delayed.
For made-to-measure jewellery, please contact us and we will advise you on budget and manufacturing time.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
The cost of sending exchanges and returns to our workshops will be borne by the customer, unless your jewellery has a manufacturing defect. In this case, we will collect it from your home.
If you want to adjust the size of a ring because it is too big or too small, the cost will be 5€. We will resend it to you at no additional shipping cost.
Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of receipt of the order.
The jewellery must always be in perfect condition with the original packaging.
If you placed your order at a discount, no exchange or refund will be accepted.
Personalised jewellery cannot be exchanged or returned.
