Are all the pieces gold or gold-plated?

This is perhaps one of the most frequently asked questions. We only work with gold, no other material. Our pieces are made of 9 carat gold (except if we make some of them to order in 18 carat gold). They are not plated.

Can the colour fade or stain the leather?

As it is gold, it will never lose its natural gold colour or stain the skin, and it does not cause allergies. It can stain, but you can keep it looking as good as new if you clean it regularly. Visit our jewellery care page for more information.

How long does delivery usually take, can it be exchanged or returned?

Our shipments arrive within 3 working days. Exchanges can be made within 14 days as long as the jewellery is in perfect condition. The cost of collection and reshipment will be paid by the customer. See our shipping policy for more information.

How much does shipping cost?

All shipments to the Peninsula are free of charge. If you want to send it to any other destination, please contact us through our mail info@valeriebrand.es

Can the order be sent to another person as a gift?

Yes, of course! You only have to indicate their delivery address and their name. You can include a little note and we'll make sure it gets to them!

How do I manage a return, what if my order is faulty?

Write to us at info@valeriebrand.es and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

How do I know my ring size?

We have our size guide available for you to consult whenever you need it. It is important that you know on which finger you want your VALERIE ring, because sizes vary. If you are in doubt between two sizes, we recommend that you choose the larger size. If you still have any doubts, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to help you.
